Philips Zoom system – professional teeth whitening in Pipera
Professional whitening: Philips Zoom technology
At Dental CATTED you can get a visibly whiter, brighter smile with the professional Philips Zoom system. It is a modern professional teeth whitening technology used in clinics in many countries.
The process uses a special whitening gel, activated by the Zoom WhiteSpeed LED lamp; the gel penetrates the enamel to remove stains without affecting the structure of the tooth. Philips Zoom suits people who want a lighter shade before an event: the whitening is done under medical supervision at our clinic in Pipera, north Bucharest, and the result shows at the end of the session and varies from patient to patient.

How does the Philips Zoom system work and what does it do?
The Philips Zoom system relies on an effective combination of science and technology to deliver noticeable results:
Hydrogen peroxide whitening gel
The active substance in the gel (hydrogen peroxide) penetrates the pore structure of the tooth enamel.
LED light activation (Zoom WhiteSpeed lamp)
The dedicated lamp emits a special LED light that speeds up the chemical reaction of the gel, allowing oxygen to enter the enamel and dentin and break down the pigment molecules, without affecting the structure of the tooth.
A single session
Whitening takes about 90 minutes (several cycles of gel application and light exposure); how much lighter your teeth get depends on your teeth.
Improved protection
The system also includes a desensitizing gel (Amorphous Calcium Phosphate – ACP), which helps reduce post-treatment sensitivity and strengthen the enamel.
Medical monitoring
The whole procedure is carried out under the close supervision of the dentist, for safe treatment adapted to your needs.
