Decontamination and cleaning
Instruments are first chemically decontaminated and then cleaned mechanically, by hand and/or ultrasonically, to remove any residue.

Rinsing and drying
After cleaning, the instruments are rinsed and dried thoroughly to prevent corrosion.

Individual packaging
Each instrument or set of instruments is packed individually in special heat-sealed pouches, which keep them sterile until the moment of use.

Pressurized steam sterilization (autoclaving)
The sealed pouches are placed in the autoclave, where they are exposed to high temperatures and pressures designed to destroy all microorganisms, including bacterial spores. We use Class B autoclaves, in line with the EN 13060 standard.

Control tests and monitoring
Each sterilization cycle is checked with rigorous chemical and biological tests, and the results are recorded to ensure compliance with strict standards.

Sterile storage
Sterilized instruments are stored in suitable conditions, protected from contamination, until they are used during treatment.
