This post presents real experiences of our patients and information about the services we offer, in line with the Code of Ethics for Dentists (Decision no. 1/1AGN/2025). It does not represent guarantees or promises, only an invitation to a personalized consultation.
In a world full of dental options, the choice comes down to real experiences. At Dental CATTED, we rely on our patients’ stories to show why we are an option you can trust. Just a short walk from Pipera Plaza (Str. Emil Racoviță 26), our clinic is not just a place where you get your dental problems taken care of – it is a space you leave more relaxed than when you came in. Here are a few reasons why our patients choose Dental CATTED.
Why do patients choose Dental CATTED?
No, we won’t bore you with long lists of technical reasons. We know that what really matters is how you feel while you are here. But, since you are curious, here are a few practical points – mentioned in passing, like a starter before the main course.
Not because we have a team of specialist dentists experienced in implantology, orthodontics and pediatric dentistry...
…but because these dentists don’t treat teeth, they treat people. Whether you have a fear of the dentist or you are a parent worried about your little one, their empathetic approach turns every visit into a relaxed conversation. But don’t stop here…
Nor because we use advanced technology – a Planmeca partner, a 3D intraoral scanner, a surgical laser, digital radiology...
…even though this means precise diagnosis and minimally invasive treatments that are as comfortable as possible. Technology is only the tool; the magic comes from how we use it to make your life easier. But read on…
Not even because of the full range of treatments, from Philips Zoom whitening to personalized solutions for minimal discomfort...
…or the flexible payment options through TBI Bank. We cover everything, from routine checkups to complex reconstructions. But honestly? That is standard for us – not the surprise. Keep reading…
Not even because of the high level of comfort – treatment rooms with ceiling screens for Netflix, advanced anesthesia and a spa-like atmosphere...
…although, we admit, it is rare to hear “I enjoyed going to the dentist!” because of that. But there is something else…
Nor because of the location, a short walk from Pipera Plaza, with dedicated parking for more than 10 cars, an access ramp and space for people with disabilities...
…or the rigorous hygiene, with strict sterilization protocols and a shoe-cover dispenser at the entrance, so you feel safe. But the real reason is something else…
But above all because our patients say they have got over their fear of the dentist... and can’t wait to come back!
You read that right. Counterintuitive, isn’t it? But the reviews on Google (4.9/5 stars) and Facebook (98% recommend) speak for themselves. People don’t come here only for results – they come for the experience. They have found a pleasant environment in every respect: friendly, attentive people, with smiles that make you forget about the needle. These stories show why Dental CATTED is a place where smiles get a new lease on life. Here is what our patients say:
We had an extraordinary experience at the CATTED dental clinic, where both my wife and our child received exceptional services. From the very first visit, we were impressed by the professionalism and dedication of the medical team. The doctors are extremely attentive, patient and communicative, creating a calm and friendly atmosphere. My wife was delighted by the care and attention with which Dr. Călin Cobâlaș explained all the stages of her treatment, and our child was treated with a lot of patience and gentleness, which chased away any fear of the dentist. It was a positive experience and we are glad we chose Dental CATTED for our family's dental health. We confidently recommend this clinic for its professionalism, the quality of its services and the pleasant atmosphere it offers patients!
